Hansraj Hulaschand & Co. Pvt. Ltd., the sole authorized distributor of Bajaj two-wheelers in Nepal, has unveiled the all-electric Chetak 3501 at the second edition of the WADA Auto Show 2026.
As Gandaki Province’s premier automotive exhibition, the WADA Auto Show provides visitors in Pokhara with an opportunity to experience the Chetak electric scooter firsthand. The model is on display at Stall No. C32, where attendees can explore the scooter up close.
Visitors can also register for test rides along Lakeside routes, along with access to exclusive on-the-spot booking offers available throughout the event.
Priced at Rs 3.24 lakh, the Bajaj Chetak 3501 positions itself as one of the more stylish and premium electric scooters in Nepal’s growing EV segment. The scooter offers a certified range of 153 km on a single charge and can recharge from 0 to 80 percent in approximately three hours.
The Chetak electric also features 35 litres of under-seat storage. A 5-inch TFT display enables navigation, music control, and document access, while advanced safety features such as geo-fencing, accident detection, and anti-theft protection enhance its appeal as a smart urban mobility solution.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Abhimanyu Golchha, Director, Golchha Group, stated: “Pokhara has always been a city that embraces both tradition and nature. Bringing the Chetak 3501 to the WADA Auto Show is our way of offering the Lake City a ride that matches its beauty- silent, efficient, and iconic. We are excited for the people of Gandaki Province to experience how the Chetak EV seamlessly blends its legacy with modern technology.”
